The design standards for Elpis upholds consistent and high-quality standards of diverse architecture to increase artistic appeal and maintain a strong vestment for residents and buyers. The construction and landscaping throughout the estate has been made to ensure every street is visually attractive and memorising. The strong specifications and credentials of Elpis design guidelines has set the expectations for picturesque living, but also affordable.
