Parks & Playground

Elpis is a community that provides the best living experience. One of the most significant elements is our Central Reserve that is comprised of our Park and Playground situated in the centre of the estate. The park will contain a skate park, both tennis and basketball courts, a prehistoric themed playground with the latest play equipment and modern-day picnic tables. The Central Reserve has something for everyone to enjoy and will one of the great communal gathering components of Elpis.
